The Spa at Glenmoor houses a state of the art fitness center where you can enjoy a vigorous workout in the Body Toning and Cardiovascular rooms. There you will find a wide array of equipment. The Aerobics Room is the ultimate in comfort and amenities where you can enjoy one of the many classes offered from Sunrise Yoga to Pilates.
If you enjoy a more competitive workout, jump into a group cycling class or reserve one of the Racquetball, Handball or Squash courts available. Or for those of you who prefer the fresh air, sunshine and competition, there are 2 Deco Turf and 4 Har-Tru tennis courts for your enjoyment.
